HELLO THERE! It’s been much too long. Travis and I went to Santa Barbara for the Fourth of July weekend and we had such a GREAT time. I thought I’d share the pictures I took and give some recommendations. I hope you enjoy! 🙂
Hi Friends! I hope you all had a great Super Bowl Sunday this past weekend. Mine was fantastic because I spent it at the Huntington Library and NOT watching football (my least favorite sport ever). If you live in Southern California and haven’t visited, you are really missing out! Here are some of my photos from the day.
Often times I will root for a villain just as much as I root for a heroine because there is usually more than meets the eye. Maybe said villain really has a heart of gold after all?!
However, there are some villains that are just so evil, so sick, and SO hateful you rejoice when they finally get what’s coming to them. Disney has put out some pretty nasty villains for kids movies but who really is the baddest of them all? Let’s take a look!
Summer kind of sucks as an adult. It’s not like you have any time off and it’s just hot. One of my favorite parts of summer is definitely the movies. I could go to the movies three nights a week and my life would be better for it. However, this summer I was overall disappointed with what Hollywood had to offer. Also, I really don’t know why I keep using My Little Pony gifs as my featured images. I don’t even watch the show… they are just SO cute. That being said, here are my top five favorite summer movies of 2014.
The most wonderful time of the year is approaching!!! I’m referring to fall and winter in case you are unsure of what the most wonderful time of the year is. I realize not everyone appreciates the true magic of the season but it is indeed magical. Unfortunately, that also means going back to school for a lot of people. The best part about that is back to school shopping, one of the few parts of my teenage years that I miss. Here are my top ten “back to school must have’s”!
When most people think of Southern California they think of Los Angeles and freeways but believe it or not there are LOTS of beautiful places for walks and moderate hikes. We are actually surrounded by nature! I live in Huntington Beach and the following are my five favorite nature trails/hikes located within two hours of me. Check out AllTrails.com for exact locations and maps as well as the level of difficulty. Don’t worry, none on my list are above moderate! 😉 If you are a seasoned hiker, this probably isn’t this list for you!
